CTI on track
Since CTI Start-up initiated coaching in 1996, over 243 companies with the CTI Start-up Label created over 3'500 new jobs. Of these label companies over 85% are still active in business and successful.
In the year 2010, 141 start-up companies applied for CTI Start-up Coaching, of which 61 innovative companies met the CTI criteria and were accepted to the coaching process. During the year, the coaches supported more than 230 companies. In the same year, 24 start-up companies in the coaching process were awarded the prestigious CTI Start-up Label.
Also in 2010, CTI Start-up raised awareness for entrepreneurship at universities and technical institutes in more than 55 courses which were attended by 2'050 potential company founders. Since 2004, when CTI Start-up & Entrepreneurship started offering such workshops in collaboration with IFJ Institut für Jungunternehmen under the brand name venturelab, more than 16,370 students have attended the modules.
