id Quantique received the "Prix de la Jeune Industrie"
idQuantique SA received a prestigious startup award in Geneva.
The "Prix de la Jeune Industrie", was awarded to id Quantique SA on 15 October in recognition for its outstanding achievements in commercializing quantum information technology and in implementing a sound business model.
The company received the CTI Start-up Label in June 2004.
id Quantique focuses on layer 2 encryption based on classical and quantum cryptography. Its customers include leading organizations in the financial industry as well as in the government and defence sector. The company employs 15 people.
