200th Label awarded to Digicomcore SA
Bern, August 2009 - CTI Start-up awarded the 200th Label to Digicomcore SA based Lausanne. Daniel Borel, the founder and former CEO of Lochitech International, was the key note speaker of the event.
Digicomcore has developed a way to drastically improve the efficiency of software development for specific devices such as cell phones and wireless data transmitters. The new approach is expected not only to reduce development costs but should also lead to software modules that can flexibly be used in devices. Such modules would enable the latest technological innovations to be downloaded to devices in the form of software updates. With each new advance in technology, consumers would no longer have to throw away their old devices and buy new ones. Not only would the innovation save consumers money, it would also reduce the environmental burden caused by the accumulation of electronic scrap.
